The problem it solves
Group charting today applies one shared note structure across all clients in a session. Providers running group programs — where individual clients may have different diagnoses, goals, or documentation requirements — are forced into workarounds that create inconsistent records.
How it works
When creating or editing a group chart note, providers can select a different note template for individual clients in the group. Each client's note renders with their assigned template while remaining part of the same group charting session. Discovery is completing Q3 with development beginning the same quarter.
