Form iFrame Embed
Embeds external content directly inside an intake form, charting template, or Program — just supply the URL, no HTML required.

The problem it solves
Organizations sometimes need to surface external tools, videos, or web content as part of a form itself — not just as a link the client clicks away to — but building that requires embedding raw HTML most form builders don't support.
What's included
- iFrame field type available in intake forms, charting templates, and Programs
- Just supply a URL — Healthie generates the iframe automatically
- Configurable width and height via URL parameters (percent, vh, or px)
- Client User ID and parent URL passed to the embedded content
How it works
Add an iFrame field to a form (intake form, charting template, or Program) and supply the URL to embed, along with optional query parameters to control width and height (supporting percent, vh, or px units). Healthie generates the underlying iframe tag automatically — no HTML required. The embedded content receives the current client's User ID and the parent URL as parameters on an active membership, which can be used with Healthie's API to identify which client is viewing.
Form iFrame Embed lets Enterprise customers embed external content directly inside a Healthie form — intake forms, charting templates, or Programs — as a field type. It's built for organizations that want to surface their own tools, videos, or web content within a form itself, rather than linking out to a separate page. Providers supply just the URL to embed, along with optional width and height parameters, and Healthie generates the underlying iframe automatically. This is separate from embedding a Healthie form on an external website, which is a different, existing capability.
