The problem it solves
Providers must manually re-enter diagnosis codes in DoseSpot every time they open a prescribing session, even though those diagnoses already exist in Healthie. This adds friction during sessions and introduces risk of entry errors.
How it works
When a provider initiates a DoseSpot e-prescribing session from Healthie, the patient's active diagnoses on file are automatically transmitted to DoseSpot before the session opens. Org admins can configure the behavior at the organization level to control which diagnoses are sent and under what conditions.
