It's the first product in Healthie's Intelligence by Healthie suite and requires AI Charting to be enabled on the account. Setup is a one-time admin step, and AI Scribe adapts to any chart note template — SOAP, ADIME, intake, or custom. Notes generate within minutes after a session ends and are never saved to the chart without explicit provider review.
