Internal Care Alerts
Surface critical patient flags to care teams at the moment a client profile is opened — with priority levels, expiration dates, and free-text notes.
The problem it solves
Care teams have no reliable, structured way to flag critical information about a patient that surfaces proactively at the point of care. Providers rely on informal communication (Slack, verbal handoffs) which leads to missed context during sessions.
How it works
An org admin or provider creates an internal care alert on a client's profile with free-text content, a priority flag (low/medium/high), and an optional expiration date. When any team member opens that client's profile, a modal surfaces the alert before they proceed. Alerts are internal-only and never visible to patients.
