How it works
When a provider locks a chart note, the agent analyzes the full note content and generates a concise structured summary — chief complaint, key findings, treatment decisions, and follow-up plan. The summary displays above the note in both the chart note list and chart note view. Providers can edit the summary and mark it as reviewed with a timestamp.
